Hello, I have been doing

Hello,

I have been doing yoga for about 4 years and now I travel alot. I have started yoga over at thailand and when i heard a couple of yoga teachers are starting an online yoga so I asked for the information. I just got it this week and I have signed up! I have taken classes with her and she is great! I like how there is a variation of classes, from very simple to mid to advance. I also like that there is only 2 teachers so far and not too many for I find if I learn from many different teachers, its gets too confusing and distracting. I believe it is always good to follow one style and work from there. Plus, this site is not so intimidating as I am still a newbie as I have not practised that 'hardcore'. I have taken classes under her personally and she is great! So happy that i can 'take' her with me in my work travels. Go visit www.YogaLifeEtc.com i also like the fact that it contributes to a childrens' charity - so I feel I am doing myself good and giving out to the needy as well :) can never be too happy!! Check the site out! I love it!!!

Yoga at Home

Definitely you can do Yoga at your home but before starting Yoga at home you have to do some promises yourself.

Try to do yoga everyday.

Set tiny goals- You need to be open-minded about how you can approach fitting yoga in on a daily basis.

yoga flash cards-yoga flash cards that you can pick up at bookstores help me remember what to do next. I lay out the poses on the floor of what I want to do, so that I don't have to think while in a pose, about what to do next.

Everyone can do yoga at any where. You can start it in home but you have to take advice from professional trainer or attend as many yoga classes as you can. So that you can get basic knowledge about yoga.

Yes, Yoga can be done at

Yes, Yoga can be done at home, which is also great because you could do it at your own pace and your own time. No schedule to worry and you can do it anytime of the day that you want. You can do perhaps Private Yoga Classes on Saturdays and then just continue or practice during weekdays. Have fun and continue living the yoga way.
