I have been doing yoga for about 4 years and now I travel alot. I have started yoga over at thailand and when i heard a couple of yoga teachers are starting an online yoga so I asked for the information. I just got it this week and I have signed up! I have taken classes with her and she is great! I like how there is a variation of classes, from very simple to mid to advance. I also like that there is only 2 teachers so far and not too many for I find if I learn from many different teachers, its gets too confusing and distracting. I believe it is always good to follow one style and work from there. Plus, this site is not so intimidating as I am still a newbie as I have not practised that 'hardcore'. I have taken classes under her personally and she is great! So happy that i can 'take' her with me in my work travels.
