Meditation is easy to learn and, when practised regularly, improves physical & mental well-being. This weekly class, delivered by a trained mindfulness and meditation teacher, provides guided meditation practice in a non-religious environment with the focus on improving mindfulness for increased well-being.

Yasmin Holmes
Yasmin trained with Breathworks and set up Mindfulness Makes Sense, specialising in teaching and coaching mindfulness and meditation. She has a background in personal development, career and transition coaching, and HR in both the public and private sector. She has been practicing meditation for over ten years and studies and teaches mindfulness. She also runs The Lighthouse Organisation Ltd, a coaching and HR consultancy business.
Koren Harris
Koren is currently studying to become a professional humanistic counsellor and is a volunteer counsellor for a children's charity, as well as working for a local charitable trust. She works with Yasmin supporting the mindfulness courses and events.
