Rosemary Jeanes Antze is the senior Canadian teacher in the yoga tradition of TKV Desikachar, affiliated as a Teacher Trainer with the Krishnamacharya Healing and Yoga Foundation (KHYF) in Chennai, India. She specializes in developing personal practices for individuals and adapting to the needs of students in small group classes. Through Yoga from the Inside she offers teacher development and mentoring programs, as well as retreats for beginners to experienced teachers.
