I'm Kasia. I teach yoga in Ashtanga and Vinyasa Flow style as well as Antenatal and Postnatal Yoga in a number of venues across London. I also offer private tuition in your workplace or home.
People start yoga for various reasons and all are welcome. You may wish to become more flexible, lose weight, strengthen, recover from an injury, restore your energy and improve enjoyment of your life or simply you may look for a way to calm and relax. Alternatively it may be your philosophical or devotional attitude, driving you on a quest to find the perfect balance of body, mind and spirit.
