This Monday evening class is a perfect relaxing start to the week. A combination of strengthening asanas (positions) combined with core breath work, and a guided relaxation will leave you feeling rejuvenated for the week ahead.
This class is perfect for beginners or those seeking a slower and deeper practice. My aim is to create a community class suitable for all levels and ages (no need to be a gym bunny or able to bend your body like a pretzel to attend).
